MONTHLY MAINTENANCE INCLUDES:
- Weekly review to see if any core, theme or plugins need to be updated
- Cost of selected premium plugins and themes included*
- Fixing of any CSS conflicts that may arise from updates
- Weekly backup of Website Files & Database
* Some plugins or themes will require additional costs. We will let you know which ones in your website are included and which ones will incur additional charges.
Please note that this is a subscription service, and will be billed monthly.
HOSTING TYPES:
If you are hosting on WPEngine with us, you don’t need to provide us with anything. We already have all credentials for your website. If you are hosting your website elsewhere, we will need you to provide us your SFTP/FTP information, and access to your Database (MySQL). If you are unsure of what these are, please get us in touch with your hosting provider so we can secure all information necessary to backup your website.
