Your Website Package Includes

WordPress Development

Your website is built on WordPress with Elementor, so it’s simple and intuitive to update on your own. We also provide step-by-step video tutorials you can revisit anytime.

1 Design Option & 2 Revisions

We begin with a detailed questionnaire to understand your business. You’ll receive one custom design with two revision rounds. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll adjust until it feels right.

6–8 Pages Included

Your package includes 6–8 custom pages. Common choices are Home, About, Services, and Contact, with flexibility to add extras based on your needs.

Content & Data Entry

You’ll provide the text and images for your site (we’ll help you stay organized). If needed, we can also generate and translate content using professional AI tools to keep your project on schedule.

Responsive & Mobile-Friendly

Your website will be fully responsive, ensuring it looks and works beautifully on every device and screen size.

2 Weeks of Support

We’ll guide you through launch and answer any questions about your new site. You’ll also receive video tutorials to help you manage your website at your own pace. After the included 2 weeks, you can purchase additional support if you’d like us to keep managing things for you.

The Process

To keep things simple and efficient, here’s exactly how to get started with your website project:

1 – Fill Out the Questionnaire

Please complete our detailed online form. It takes about 10–20 minutes and is designed to ensure we fully understand your business and goals. Answer every question thoughtfully — this step is key to delivering a website that fits you perfectly.

2- Receive Your Estimate

Once we review your questionnaire, we’ll send you a clear estimate outlining your project scope and cost.

3 – Accept & Invoice

After you accept the estimate, we’ll issue an invoice for your deposit.

4 – Pay the Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially start your project and reserve your place in our production schedule.

5 – Submit Needed Assets

Collect and send us your logo, images, and content as soon as possible. The sooner we have these, the faster we can begin building your site.

To process your website quickly, we’ll need the following assets from you as soon as possible. You will also receive these instructions by email, but we’ve included them here so you know what to prepare.

Sitemap

Let us know which pages you want on your website. For this standard WordPress package, clients typically choose: Home, About, Services, Contact, plus a few extra pages customized for your business.

Branding & Assets

Please create a folder with your branding assets. This includes your logo (vector or high-resolution file), photography, and any brand fonts. If you don’t yet have branding, let us know and we can discuss options. Share these with us using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or any file sharing service you prefer.

Content (Images, Text, documents)

You are responsible for providing the text and images for your site (we’ll help you stay organized). If needed, we can also generate and translate content using professional AI tools to ensure your website launches on time. Content can be submitted in a Word document.

Domain Name

We recommend managing your domain through Cloudflare for easier DNS management, caching, and security. If you prefer a hands-off solution, we can purchase and manage your domain on your behalf. Before launch, you may be asked to update your domain’s nameservers — and we’ll guide you through that if needed.

Hosting

If you already have a hosting plan, we can set your site up there. If not, we offer managed WordPress hosting for this package, so you don’t have to worry about the technical details. Contact us for package-specific hosting options.

First Invoice

Before starting, you’ll receive a clear estimate through our Wave Accounting system that outlines all services included in your package. This estimate is valid for 15 days and must be accepted by you. Once accepted, we will issue your first invoice. Payment is split into two parts: 50% at the start of the project and 50% before your website is launched live.

Payment Options

In Canada, Interac e-Transfers are the preferred method of payment. For clients in Europe, SEPA bank transfers are accepted, and for clients in the U.S., payments can be made in USD via bank transfer. Credit cards are also accepted; however, a 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.

Deposit Policy

Work will not begin until the initial 50% deposit has been received and cleared. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in our production schedule and cover initial setup time.

Delivery Timeline

Our typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks. Work begins once we’ve received your completed questionnaire and all required assets. You can usually expect to see the first draft within 1–2 weeks.

Extra Options

Bilingual Website – $300

Based in Quebec, we understand the challenges of creating bilingual websites. Using WPML, we’ll integrate English and French seamlessly into your site. The first year of the premium plugin license is included, and we’ll configure everything so it works flawlessly from day one.

Blog Section – $400

WordPress is built for blogging, but not every client needs one — and maintaining an inactive blog can actually hurt your brand. That’s why we offer it as an optional add-on. If you’d like a blog or news area, we’ll design and implement it for you, including a main blog page, category pages, single post layouts, comments area, tags, and up to three customizable widgets. If your website is bilingual, an additional $200 fee applies to adapt the blog for both languages.

Basic SEO – $350

Sometimes you just need the essentials to get started. With our Basic SEO package, we’ll install and properly configure the SEOPress plugin, optimize page titles and snippets, add ALT tags to your images, refine your permalinks, and submit your site to Google for indexing with a working sitemap. We’ll also connect your site to Google Analytics and set up your Google My Business page.

Managed Hosting – $25 per month

We’ll host and manage your website on the Cloudways platform, ensuring caching is properly configured and everything runs smoothly. Your site will also be integrated with Cloudflare for performance and security best practices. Managed hosting includes regular server updates, monitoring, and basic security hardening so you don’t have to worry about the technical details.

Website Maintenance – $25 per month

You’ll provide the text and images for your site (we’ll help you stay organized). If needed, we can also generate and translate content using professional AI tools to keep your project on schedule.

You can schedule a call by sending us a message on our contact form with your preference time for a call. We can go through everything with you on the phone so you’re comfortable working with us.

We don’t publish our phone number on the website due to the high amount of spam calls we receive. Rest assured, we’re real people! Get in touch on the contact form, and we’ll call you back!

Due to our heavy workload and constant traveling, we might not be able to meet with you in person. However we don’t mind meeting virtually through Whatsapp calls or Google Meet!
