Clients can opt to request a quote from the main website without logging in. Thus enabling them to compare the price with their traditional pharmacy.
Karl & Benoit approached us to help them create a robust web application that would connect with the Quebec healthcare system and allow customers to purchase medications online. Basically they wanted to take the whole pharmacy concept online! Something unprecedented before in Canada. Doing this would require a carefully crafted strategy that would educate potential clients why it would be beneficial for them to ditch their local pharmacy and opt for the online system.
We started by carefully planning out a very detailed UX strategy and complete wireframe for the whole website. Due to a confidentiality agreement, we are unable to display the whole wireframe here, but only snippets. After that we added a beautiful layer of design. The pair were so happy with our work, we continued to design marketing materials to complement their new website.

Nous ne connaissions pas Suzana lorsque nous avons fait appel à ses services. Il est assez difficile d’évaluer a priori les talents d’un designer UX/UI en l’absence de recommandations. Par contre, le pari s’est réellement avéré profitable pour notre organisation. Suzana est à l’écoute des besoins; elle sait poser les bonnes questions.
Nos processus web étaient à la base d’une complexité assez importante. Suzana est parvenue à rendre les processus excessivement simples pour nos utilisateurs. Du point de vue UI, elle a réellement surpassé nos attentes. Nous sommes très heureux de pouvoir compter sur une designer de cette trempe pour nos autres besoins en cette matière.
