The Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation is a fundraising organization that supports and advances patient care at Quebec’s respected Lakeshore General Hospital.

This important nonprofit had an outdated HTML website that the staff found difficult to maintain and update. Moreover, the site was not secure, had an abysmal SEO rating, and was impossible to navigate! We outfitted the Foundation with a modern, uncluttered website that was fully responsive and painless for both visitors to decipher and employees to manage.

The Foundation also requested our help with streamlining their drawn-out donation procedure. We worked with the Foundation to create a comprehensive system of bilingual online forms. These forms would smoothly guide users to submit all the required information about the donation they wanted to make and made it easy to pay by credit card via a secure PayPal API connection. Once submitted, the forms were configured to send out the necessary notifications to different staff members at the Foundation, automating a process that had previously required a lot of back-and-forth between departments.
