Custom Designed E-Commerce Website Based on Branding

We custom design and develop your e-commerce website from the ground up to seamlessly match your brand. It’s very important that you already have a brand/logo developed. If you do not have a brand yet, please click here for our branding services.

Style & Typography Guide

We take your brand and tailor a style/moodboard tile that reflects the personality of your new website. We complement that with a typography guide that will give you a feeling of font integrations. To see some examples check out this post.

1 Design Option & 3 Revisions

After a detailed questionnaire and getting to know you and your business, we will offer you 1 design option, with 3 revision sessions. If for any reason you are completely unhappy with the design, we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied.

5 Pages Included

You get 5 pages with the base package, and you can choose what these pages can be. Typically, they are Home, About, Services, Contact and one extra page that clients customize depending on their needs.

5 Products Included

We will create 5 products for you, and include all features that come built in by Woocommerce. This includes attributes, categories, tags and simple reviews. Any additional functionality will be estimated and billed separately.

Custom Designed Shop Pages

We will redesign the shop pages, such as My Account, Cart & Checkout so that everything looks seamless in your website.

Prototype on InVision

We create mock prototypes before starting development, so that you can really test drive your website and how it flows. No more emails with attached designs or bulky PDFs, you will really experience it as if it’s already live. To find out more about this, check out this post.

Data Entry

If you get us all your content within the timeframe provided, we will gladly enter all your data for you! We also have a copywriter and translator on standby if you need help getting that done (extra charges apply).

Responsive & Mobile Friendly Version

We always design and develop a mobile adaptive version of your website, so that your site looks great in any type of device and screen size!

2 Weeks of Troubleshooting & Support

We’ll hold your hand through the launch and help answer any questions you may have about your new web property. We build the sites so that you can manage them yourself, but if you need us to continue managing them, you can always purchase support blocks of time!

GRAVITY FORMS INTEGRATION

Gravity Forms is the best premium plugin for creating your contact forms. We included it for free for the first year in this package. We can create miracles using this plugin. It allows you to receive custom notifications, route responses and generate landing pages or customized emails when clients send you a message. In order for us to process your website quickly, we will need the following assets from you as soon as possible. You will also receive an email from us with these instructions, but we also include them here to give you an idea about our expectations.

SITEMAP

Let us know what pages you want for your website. For this package, people usually choose (Home, About Us, Services, Contact and one extra page that you can customize to your specific business).

PRODUCT INFO

We will need to know all the information about your products, such as their names, skus, prices, sale prices, short descriptions, categories, attributes, tags and any other information you need to showcase on their product pages.

CONTENT

Your content needs to be ready by the time we start development, or we will use dummy text to complete the project. If you have any content that you know you want to use, please submit it to us in a Word document. If you opt for translations, please also submit us translations for each part of your website.

DOMAIN NAME

We encourage our clients to setup their DNS on Cloudflare for easy DNS management, caching, and data loss prevention. This way, you will keep your domain name safe, and we can customize the settings for the website and take it live. Before we go live, we would request you to change your nameservers in your domain providers screen. We can also guide you through this if you have no idea what we are talking about here.

HOSTING

If you have a hosting plan we can easily accommodate setting up your website on it. We also offer many hosting packages and bundles if you want us to take care of it. Please see this page for hosting options.

Delivery time is around 4-5 weeks

Typically we start working on your project the day after all your assets and website questionnaire are returned to us. For custom designed websites, you should typically see the first draft of your website ready within two weeks

Add 1 Language WPML

Stemming from Quebec, so we know the challenges of creating bilingual websites (if you are unfamiliar with Quebec, it’s a French province in Canada, and by law your websites need to be English and in French!) We utilize WPML for multiple language integration in our websites and we’re darn good at it! Blogging Section

Wordpress is built for blogging, so if you need to have a section for a blog or news area we can design and implement that for you. Why is it not included in our base price? Well, we realized that many of our clients didn’t really need it. Having a blog takes alot of commitment and resources to really reap the benefits. Having an outdated blog can be perceived negatively. That’s why we give our clients the option to add a blog design if they wish to do so. The cost includes the design and development of:

Basic SEO

Sometimes you just need the basics to get going. With our basic SEO package we’ll install and configure Yoast for your website, and make sure all the snippets for all pages are properly worded. We’ll also add ALT tags to your images even optimize your permalinks. We’ll also submit your website to Google for indexing and make sure your sitemap is working perfectly. Currency Switcher

If you are selling your goods in different currencies, we can integrate a currency switcher and allow you to change it to whatever rate you want. We could also have it automatically fetch the latest currency exchange rates as well.
